The hotel has spacious twin rooms with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a shower. The refrigerator and tea/coffee maker were handy too. The gym was nice, though one machine didn't work. The location is great, near shops and cultural spots. Clean, modern decor made it pleasant to unwind.

I had a wonderful stay with a fantastic view from my room, and I loved that Hanley Park was just a short stroll away, making it perfect for a relaxing walk in the greenery after exploring the nearby Dudson Museum, which was only about a 15-minute walk.

The hotel impressed with its cleanliness and the quality of its home-made jams at breakfast. the cross trainer in the gym was out of order and the upfront breakfast charge was inconvenient, especially as I have specific dietary needs. I was unable to settle my bill at the end of my stay, which added unnecessary hassle.
